Went to collect my prescription during the coronavirus shutdown
The prescriptions were handed through the window!
Staff wore gloves and were in high spirits in the circumstances.
Nothing to improve. Phone consultations were offered as well as the new Dr link so as a patient did not feel abandoned. Reception staff, as always, professional, polite and good humoured.
